Move-in/Move-out Request

Please note all booths must be completely set-up by 12:00 pm on Friday, March 7th. Failure to be set up by this time will result in your booth being excluded from the Booth Judging. The Committee will review all requests and make every effort to accommodate your Move-in/Move-out request. Confirmation of final move-in time will be provided prior to the Expo.  The move-in schedule needs to be strictly adhered to and there is no tear down until the Home Expo ends at 2:00 pm on March 9th.

Payment Option

Prior to December 1st, we require a minimum 50% down payment of total due and the remaining balance must be paid in full by February 7, 2025. This down payment is non-refundable. After December 1st, all booths must be paid in full. Payment in full is due no later than February 9, 2024.  Disclaimer: The Builders Association of Central PA (BACP) reserves the right to decline any exhibitor request for space and the right to assign or otherwise relocate booth rental spaces as needed for the successful execution of the Expo.  Please note a QuickBooks Invoice for your Home Expo Registration will be emailed separately and Credit Card transactions will be subject to a 2.99% convenience fee. Checks should be made out to: Builders Association of Central PA and mailed to: 1356 S. Atherton St. State College, PA 16801.

Insurance Requirements

Exhibitors, at their own expense, shall obtain and maintain in effect a commercial general liability insurance policy, written on an occurrence basis, that provides coverage against claims for bodily injury or property damage occurring on the premises of the Show, including without limitation the building and parking lots. Such policy shall afford protection with an occurrence limit of not less than One Million Dollars($1,000,000.)  BACP must be listed as Certificate Holder and the additional insured clause that must appear on the Certificate of Liability is either “Builders Association of Central PA is additional insured.” or “Builders Association of Central PA is additional insured from March 5, 2025 through March 10, 2025 for the Everything Home Expo.”  Insurance providers can send certificates directly to: Builders Association of Central PA, 1356 S. Everything Home Expo Agreement

  • All spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and will not be reserved, held or assigned in any way without completed registration, payment, and certificate of insurance.  Disclaimer: The BACP reserves the right to decline any exhibitor request for space and the right to assign or otherwise relocate booth rental spaces as needed for the successful execution of the Expo. 

  • Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own cardboard, plywood or some type of support under exhibits weighing over 100 lbs.   (Failure to comply will result in BACP’s ability to exercise their right to exclude any exhibitor from participation in future events and cost for clean-up.)  

  • Duct Tape is NOT permitted on the show floor. Per Nittany Valley Sports Centre Rules & Regulations - under NO circumstances may anything other than non-residue type tape (ie. painter's tape) be used.  Tape is NOT to be placed on any floor markings. 

  • I understand that tear down begins at the close of the Expo on Sunday, March 9th from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm and Monday, March 10th at 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.  All display items / exhibit materials MUST be removed from the venue by 12:00 pm on Monday. There will be an additional fee should our staff have to remove the item from the exhibit building and relocate it. The BACP will not assume any liability for items remaining on the premises after 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

  • Merchandise Sales- Cash sales are permitted from the booth. I understand exhibitors are responsible for charging all applicable sales taxes. PA Sales Tax Number must be provided to the BACP at time of booth registration. Exhibitors are responsible for the safekeeping of any cash or credit information. The Builders Association of Central PA and the Nittany Valley Sports Centre claim no responsibility for the safekeeping of these items.

Electronic Signature

Please electronically sign below.  I hereby affirm that I have read, understand and agree to comply with all the exhibitor rules and regulations as outlined in this registration packet.   Booth reservations are considered provisional until the Builders Association of Central PA receives the following materials: completed registration form, current liability insurance certificate and full payment cleared.  If these items are not received by the appropriate deadline, the booth will be released for another exhibitor. Each party agrees that this Agreement and any other documents to be delivered in connection herewith may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this Agreement or such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility. Furthermore, I understand that the Association may amend these rules and regulations at any time as considered necessary for the safe and reasonable execution of this event and all amendments that may be so made shall be equally binding upon publication on all parties affected by them as the original regulations. Reasonable notice will be provided to registrants in the event of any change.  As a condition of registration and participation, all exhibitors shall be required to and expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Builders Association of Central PA, its officers, employees and agents from and against all loss, expense, or claim including reasonable attorney’s fees as a result of any action or failure to act on the part of the exhibitor, its employees or agents. The Party signing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to sign on behalf of their company and that the Agreement is a valid and legal Agreement binding on such party and enforceable in accordance with its terms. Signer will bear the responsibility that all representatives of their company will adhere to the Rules and Regulations as stated in this Agreement. By submitting your Registration for Everything Home Expo booth spaces, with the terms and agreements check box marked, you have agreed to adhere to the Rules and Regulations as stated in this agreement.
